Evolution of Consciouness Through Dreams (Keynote)
Professors Santhosh & Haritha Nayak Everything in the universe is evolving at all times, and thus so are humans. It is a process of the unconscious to become conscious; but how can we experience it and even go through it with great awareness? This is a quest that opens so many doors, the zeal to explore and discover step-by-step who we truly are & what are we becoming. Dreams are a direct reflection of who we are on both a conscious and unconscious level. It speaks to us symbolically about our multiple facets and inner personalities that we have built over time. However, a majority of our feelings and behaviors come from our unconscious. The latter is in fact made up of an immense baggage of memories, of memories, accumulated over time, and which are likely to be reactivated at any time. Dreams and their interpretation allow us to know ourselves better, to discover and understand the multiple unconscious memories that inhabit us and which continually create our present and future realities.Indeed, our unconscious is an immense reservoir where our thoughts, our emotions, our actions and our past experiences are recorded, in the form of memories. These define our personality and influence our present as well as our future. |

Dreams: A Direct Guidance from the Universe
Ghulam Rasool Dehlvi
This presentation will explore dreams from a Sufic & Quranic perspective. Dreams offer personal guidance, often without the need for gurus or organized religion. They range from ordinary to prophetic, but prophetic dreams, like the one that influenced Sheikh Moinuddin Chisti's marriage are rare. The origin of dreams remains a mystery, yet their imagery is universal and shared across cultures and religions. Interpreting dreams requires understanding the dreamer's life context, with some dreams being more significant than others, as the Quran suggests. Finding the main metaphor or symbol is key, as symbols can represent both instinctual energy and future direction. Dreams may also reveal physical ailments, and numbers can correspond to the dreamer's age at past events. Some dreams are "reverse dreams" with opposite meanings, like the Pharaoh's dream interpreted by Joseph. Ancient texts like the Atharvaveda connect dream timing to the timeframe of future events. Dream content can even be acted upon to create reality, and imagery is often linked to the dreamer's personality.
